Been a bit busy, but I finally got the EGR off last week - Arthur Scargill will be onto me soon for taking miners jobs after the amount of black shi...stuff I dug out of it. Difference? Had similar on mine a wee while ago - quick investigation showed the main power cable had loosened off at the starter motor. Bit of a knuckle-skinner to tighten it up, but had no problems since.
