If you lift the front of the plastic engine cover, it's just underneath. I knew mine was shot as my obd reader showed a fault with that sensor but when I took it out, it had quite a build up of oil on it. This was the best price I could find on the replacement,

I have the same Xtrail. When I first got it the mpg was the same as yours then it started running rough, stalling if I put the throttle to the floor and going into limp mode. I found the o2 boost pressure sensor was shot. Changed it and the mpg is now in the 40's.

I feel your pain, I ended fitting a Pioneer double din screen. Bluetooth Audio, USB and the kids can watch films on the longer journeys. The factory antenna is powered, could the feed of been cut when the Parrot was fitted?

I'm not familiar with the X-Trail system, but 4000 revs sounds way too much to help it regen. On other cars I've been involved with, you need to run them continuously at a MODERATE throttle position and engine speed for about 15 minutes. They should be able to regenerate at half that engine speed q...

Mine (an '08 Sport) had the larger screen version you pictured. It's very dated, won't stream audio via bluetooth, has no usb or aux in so the only way of playing your own music is the old compact disk! I've since changed it for a Pioneer.
