I find the auto gear box needs a little manipulation to get it in the lowest gears
If I just press accelerator until I reach 30, gearbox stays in a higher gears.
A little press on the pedal & then back off will drop it down a gear
The same applies for 40, 50 or 60 limits

I've had 4 long runs with no results at clearing dpf light. I have elm32 blue tooth OBD connector & various Android apps, but none show DPF temp & pressure data. I would like to see evidence that DPF regeneration temperatures are being achieved. Has anyone managed to get apps that show x-tra...

I've got a dpf light & trying to get info on how to fix it. I've driven 25 miles at over 3000 RPM & sat stationary for 20 mins at over 4000 RPM Light still on I understand the idea is get the dpf at a high temperature to burn off the carbon Gone through a lot of the posts, but a lot of stuff...

I see similar reluctance also for auto box to change up at lower speeds. For example if I accelerate smoothly to 30 mph & then hold the throttle at that point, it feels like I'm still in 3rd gear. If I press a little on the throttle to 32 mph, it changes up & I can then ease back on accelera...

I haven't had any dpf problems yet (that's probably hexed it now!) on my 2007 X-Trail Dci, but I've been trying to look at dpf pressure & temperature data with an OBD2 reader, to keep on top of it. Both Torque Pro & OBD autodoctor do not show this data. The suggestion from OBD Autodoctor sup...

I've found out that Xanavi who made the sat nav in my x-trail were taken over by clarion.co.uk.
When I contacted Clarion, they explained that they handle the hardware, but Nissan are responsible for the mapping.

recently bought 2007 X-trail sport. Sat Nav has X2 2012-2013 CD, which i believe is latest.
That is 3 years+ old, so I'm suspecting we are not going to see any updates.
Anyone know if we might possibly see map updates sometime
