| when i switch the auto button selecting four wheel drive it shows the car symbol in green the symbol i saw was literally this 4X4 in blue and hadnt notised this was prior to the engine warning light, i have since disconnected the battery but light still on :frown: so can anyone recommend the correct... |

| thanks Bus-man i normally have it set on 2 wheel drive i must have inadvertently put it on auto when i turned of, i cant use the cheep obd 2 on my 2003 version i need the slightly more expensive setup the next thing to do disconnect the battery and hopefully reset the ecu if the fault clears. |

| not that but my key-fob did stop working or so i thought, i changed the battery and still the same finally i reprogrammed it, in this link hes talking about a new fob but its the same when you change a battery hope this helps. https://youtu.be/lvgNPIbIm0Q |

| ... the day started fine i drove about 3 mile pulled over to check my phone engine off then when i turned ignition back on i saw for the first time a 4X4 light on the dash never ever seen this..so thinking what the hell i pushed the 2 wheel drive btn and started him up shortly after the engine warni... |
