Hello Ahto42 .You say lack of brake service!! I think not. My brakes are serviced every year. One of the issues is the poor quality of the discs used by the manufacturer, so when replacing them it's a good idea to use higher quality ones. Yesterday was M.O.T. and service day, and although it passed the MOT there was an issue with the front disc brakes. Thanks for the three comments, however would love more information, four tyres can cost upwards of £900 so big expense! So come on members get involved and give some information, it'll help loads of other members when they need tyres. Thanks

Hi It's a 6 speed full automatic with manual gearchange if you require. I've owned one for over 3 years with no problems, it's a very good gearbox.

Had my xtrail over 3 years now and have never seen a light. Mostly use shell of BP and have never used an additive. I just must be lucky or I drive the engine well, give it a bit of revs!!!!
