Thread revival. I have a similar thing but mine is there when moving regardless of the clutch position or gear and the note changes as the vehicle slows down or speeds up. Doesn't make much difference. Auto is 99% of the time 2wd anyway only switching to 4wd when loss of traction is predicted.

After having such good service from our trusty T30 we have now bought another. Lovely car which has done very high miles but seems to run really nicely and pulls like a train. I'm sure there are two different sizes. The ones at the front which clip the undertray to the valance under the front bumper are bigger
I also made a tool to remove them.

Towbar wiring holes? Rear light cluster seals? Rear hatch trim? Could be coming from anywhere. Need to dry it all out and start tracing the wet patch as it appears.
