Hi there

Obviously a personal view, and your milage may vary, but I have just had my car repaired by the Vehicle Accident Repair Centre in Sidcup Kent, after a rear end shunt, and it was returned with two new dents in the bonnet!

The workshop manager has denied any liability, refuses to repair it, and claims the damage must have been there previously! :headbang:

These guys act as authorised repairers for Admiral/Albany Assistance.

Beware.

Are these repairers members of vbra ?........................if they are, then take it up with them as they are there for you the consumer if you have a complaint about one of their members. Whenever I've had to have any body work done on my vehicles over the years I always look to see they're a member of vbra.
