I have removed the Nissan head unit to put in my Kenwood DDX5022 double din unit.
Firstly I can not get the mounting plates off the Nissan unit at all!! They are really really tightly screwed on!
I have managed to adapt the sat nav mounts to fit the unit but it now pertrudes from the dash too much! Is there anywhere I can but the mounting plates or does anyone have any tips as this has taken me ages and still looks a bit naff! :headbang:
