Anyone know how they change from dip to main. I can hear a clunk if I stand by them when they are dipped, is the HID moved by a solenoid?
Next to the HID main lens there is a large lens that only has inside it a sidelight bulb, Is this used for main beam when the set up is conventional bulbs?

Thanks I thought that must be it. However somehow on Main, there still seems to be a well defined flat cut off dip there as well as the high beam. Clever stuff if it does not go wrong.
