HI,

First post, we are looking to buy our first x trail 2.2 Di Sport, we need this to tow a caravan, the match is perfect!
Having just spent a fortune on a caravan, looking to spend around £4000 on an x trail, what would you consider as
high mileage for one of these,
We were looking at this ....

Thought the mileage was high but for what i have to spend i suppose i dont have much choice, what do you think?

My 53 has 61,000 so 93,000 would in my opinion be high but if it is well meintained and looks good, see what the test drive feels like.

My 05 that I have just bought has 120k on it.... but its all backed up by a very comprehensive dealer service history... drives fine, really smooth... doesn't bother me...

As they have a cam chain, then one of the things to think about is replacing the chain guides... but its all external to the engine, so you don't have to pull the engine completely to bits
