Hello folks , just got my x trail its an 03 plate td sport.

I no nothing about these, Just changed the rear brakes that was easy enough.

My car has no front fogs . Can anyone tell me if the wiring is already there or what the story is . Also might be looking too get side steps . Where s the cheapest place that does these .

Hi Davie and welcome to the forum.
Re: your fog lights. Doubt the wiring will be there as models with fog lights fitted have the fog light switch on the lighting stalk. Wouldn't be too hard to fit new lights though and run these to a seperate (illuminated) switch. You should have a couple of spare switch blanking plates that you could use for this. Try having a look on ebay or similar and you should find some fog lights.

Here's the fitting instruction for the Fog lamps fitting from 09/2003 if your is earlier model then it is a different Part No as the fogs don't fit in the bumper the same.

Sorry - didn't realise that the fog light wiring loom was ready to connect up to - aren't Nissan good boys! Good job Umbongo is on the ball though.
