Hi Guys.

Officially saying hello here. Stephens the name from across the Irish Sea in the wild west of Ireland. Owner of a 2006 T30 2.2Dci with just shy of 400k on the clock (km's) and still rising.

Its my main workhorse as I own a small farm along with a few bikes/surfboards/dogs etc. Ive owned a Passat CC for the last 18 months giving her a bit of a rest. Ive put about 150k km's on it since owning it. Will have it 5 years this summer and don't plan on changing it yet.

Shes been amazingly reliable despite the abuse its got.

Pleased to meet ye all :)

Nice one Stephen - good pics and it looks like you look after the ol' girl!

Anyway, warmest welcome and I look forward to hearing about how you use your Exy around the farm - right where Exy's thrive!

Cheers

Hello and Welcome Stephen,

You will find that we have some very knowledgeable and helpful Members if you have any questions about your Xtrail.

Do You mind me asking where in the west of Ireland you are ?

My Family heritage is from a small village not far from Ennis in Co. Clare.

I have not been back there for over 30 years but I remember many very nice holidays there as a child and a couple as a young man with my then girlfriend - now my Wife of many years.

Chris

Hi bloggsy.

Thanks. I try and keep it well but its not easy when its a working vehicle. The dogs don't care too much for keeping it clean I'm afraid XD .

Hi CHRISM.

I'm from Mayo. A bit further North than Clare. Im pretty familiar with Clare and Ennis though. It's a small country. The ol' girl is still going pretty well now not too many issues apart from a bit of wear and tear with age. Let's hope it continues to work hard :D.
