Hi, can anyone help me. Both my remote keys have suddenly stopped working at the same time. If it was one I would think it was the battery but both??. I will replace the battery next week but is there another possible reason for this.

Click on link below and read first and then after changing your batteries in both fobs they still don't work then follow the instructions in the pdf file to reset the key fob.
