Android double din headunit with a Nissan harness. It is quite PnP. Was like 170€ from China.
Steeringwheel buttons can be teached to the unit. I had to drill a hole to the top glovebox bottom where the GPS sensor wire went.

I ordered from Aliexpress. Search for Nissan X-trail Android headunit. It gives some options. Even some Tesla style ones.
Mine is like almost 2years old and the link is not there anymore.

The cable is brand locked to the headunit manufactor. That means, then you buy the headunit, you have to browse the store, or write to the seller to buy the cable from them.
I make Wifi hotspot from my phone to use waze or play YT playlist. I use Vanced YT, that allows to play YT on background.
Different story is when you have a Backup camera. OEM system is on 5V . Aftermarket headunits are on 12v.
New camera and wiring, or 12to5v adapter. If you do not know what you are doing/ not confident enough, then not do it.
