Ok Guys cant afford a remap so looking at a Tuning box for my X'y
I have searched teh forum and lots of Q&A about these boxes but need the following Q answered

Have looked at various option on fleabay and had a look locally for tuning specialists but
the big question is
Do these things work ? :-?
And has anyone on the forum fitted one ? if yes how did you find it

Just remembered to update this thread,
I picked up a second hand Chip box about at the beginning of sept and can say that the increase in torque is noticable and so far no effect on the MPG :thumbs:
(I get 350-400 miles a tank on a 56 plate 2.2Dci is normal with mainly b road driving and very little motorway driving.)
