We went on holidays with our X-Trail. We own the car for a few months, we always drive short distances, some highway, some city. Never faster than, lets say 120 km/u. But... in Germany we drove sometimes more than 160 km/u (80-90 miles?)
First we thought it was the radio/air vent or something else. Than we discovered it seems to be an irritating, whistling noise, located in the middle of the dash, where the font winshield stops. My wife put her ear against it and it seems to come out of the middle-console. You here it soflty at 120 km/u and becomes louder when you drive faster. Anybody has an idea where it comes from or more important: how the solve this noise?
