Hi.

I am a newbie. I purchase a Xtrail 2.2DCI 2005(55). I can hear whistling noise when accelerating and seems to go down when cruising. Some say it may be the turbo and some say it may be the intercooler?

Can anyone help

The whistling is there soon as you start to drive. I have switched off the air con. its not that.

Hi.

I had the whistling checked out by nissan. They said the turbo is going. as they have extended the warranty on 2005 model. Nissan hasconfirm it will be done on warranty.
