Hi everyone. Just installed Torque and setup with a BT ELM works well from what I can see. Bit sparse on the info it gives out but think that's down to Nissan as with Scangaue and OpenOBD im not getting any different info.

Anyways I will be installing a new Android Headunit next week when it turns up and will be in stalling Torque on that. Question I have for anyone is:

Does anybody have the correct vehicle information for the vehicle profile?

Thanks

Andy

For iphone/ipad users - I've just received an ELM327 Wifi version today (£9.99 via eBay) and confirm it works perfectly with the EOBD Facile app which is available in the App Store. There is a free version of the app with the pro version costing £10.99. I was also tempted by the OBD Fusion app but despite looking nicer, isn't as feature rich according to some of the reviews.

My OBD port on the car appears to have a constant live feed to it. I notice some people have mentioned they leave their scanners plugged in permanently - are your ports not constantly live or is the drain so small its not worth worrying about?

It is normal for the power connection on an OBD2 socket to be live all the time

Is there no option to calibrate things, generally things like the speedo which will need to be calibrated.

Hi,

You need to create a profile in Torque and set up the correct engine size, tank size etc.

Kind Regards,

Eoin
