Are you sure it is a fuse issue? The light switch has 3 positions. Permanently off, permanently on and switched via the door switches.
With the bulb out you could always check the feed at the bulb holder if you have a multi-meter.

If this is because you have fitted the LED interior lights and they are not working it could be that you have them the wrong way around.
Some LED lights are polarised which means they have to be connected the correct way around with + and - the right way.
Try putting the spring thing the other way around in the socket to see if they work.
