Good evening all.
I Bought my 55 plate exy a couple of months ago to replace a Rover75 auto. I only got rid of the rover as I've got a dodgy hip and struggled to decamp.
The Exy is a perfect height for me to get out of and I'm loving the drive

I was lucky enough to get a double din media centre for Christmas, fitted it today with the supplied looms and everything looks and works great.
I noticed when everything was put back together that the 4wd lamp is illuminated on the dash
I think I put the connector back on the switch firmly enough but will check it tomorrow
The question I have is it likely to be the connector or something else ?
(Electrical Interference?)

Great forum by the way - thanks for acceptance

Terry.

no idea on the electrical thing, but have you made sure you havent inadvertantly selected 4WD?

If it is in 4WD avoid driving on tarmac, and certainly anything over 40mph as it will kill the electronic diff!

Thanks for the reply. I thought that but when switching through 2wd/auto/lock the lamp on the dash still says 4wd. I will remove and refit the unit and see what happens.
