Behind the radio facia is a hole,underneath it says reset.What should i insert in the hole .Baz

Most other electronics, e.g. aftermarket sat navs have a reset button that is accessed via a small hole. I tend to use a paper clip with one of the legs opened out

Some car radios have a fuse in the back too so worth checking Barry

Does it light up at all when you turn it on or not? If not, as well as checking for fuse at rear of set, check the car fuses in the fusebox below the steering wheel.

Thanks Col.Bought some fuses..when i took the cover off as you suggested the spare fuses are still in place.Can not get to the fuse as i have a bad shoulder. The fuse is second one down on the right. Thanks again Regards Barry
