Post subject:  Access to handbrake
Hello .I hope you are all well.Trying to get the old girl ready for her MOT.Does anyone know if i can get to the handbrake mechanism without taking the whole centre console out Thanks Regards Barry

Barry you have to first adjust the shoes after slackening the nut. When you have adjusted your shoes you then tighten the nut until your handbrake lever clicks 6-7 when pulling up. Everything is in the pdf file. I have never bought a new nut I have always used locktite blue. :thumbs:
