HI All New to the group just purchased new 2018 Xtrail 2.0 having issues with voice recognition from my iphone 7 iv'e read all setup instructions online and manual and downloaded the Nissan apps etc but the apple carplay will not work in the car also the carplay button on the steering wheel nothing i can pair the phone to the car and select names on the touch screen and my mobile will dial and i can talk to people but not going via the audio system connect2 in the car Nissan help line (if that's what you call it ) say the option for voice recognition has been discontinued in the UK the iphone has to connect via usb in the car which i have done any one got a solution to resolve as Nissan has duf a hole and buried the head again in USA siri works the system but nothing here
