Hi everyone
I have just collected my brand new t31tekna & love driving it.
the salesman told me the satnav was preloaded so there is no disks to give me.
is this right? :biggrin:

No idea about your model but my sat nav has a dvd in the upper glovebox - maybe that's what they meant when they said it was pre-loaded?

I have a 2010 T31 (same as you?) - it's the non-Bose version without the 6 CD changer but with the uprated SatNav & hard disk drive.

In my glovebox there is an empty shelf that I suspect would have been the CD unit, so the SatNav data is presumably loaded to the hard disk.

I don't know why the original DVD is not supplied with new cars but there is a menu option <map update> then <DVD update> so presumably the disk goes in the slot in the usual way...
