I spoke to them on the phone - 08081 013885. It's UK number but goes through to the Netherlands and of course they speak clear fluent English.

This is the website link I used and then went to Contact Us. https://nissan.navigation.com/cms/page. ... anEMEA/GBP Interstingly it shows what model Sat Nav is fitted to which vehicle.

Good luck but as this is latest version I think it will be another year or two before next issue. Having said that it might be worth getting this latest update to get the software update.

I have found it to be a very good system but I do seem in a minority? It is far superior to the in-built system I had in my 2009 Saab 9-3 Aero.

I spoke the them last year and they said no new version was imminent so i just tried to check this year via the online method.

I they do a new one i will be buying it but will stick with using my phone until then, it seems to alter the route in case of traffic much quicker. The Nissan unit has had me in traffic then decided on an alternative once it was too late.

I think the software update has made the unit more efficient and dare I say it quicker.

I'd love to send you the 4 discs to try out but they are all licenced to my car so won't work in any other.................... at least on my Saab the discs could be copied but it was lacking!

Yes they know how to make money in licensing the discs don't they.

Be nice to compare old with new though, or an actual list of software improvements from Here maybe??

..have finally got around to fitting the audio controls to my steering wheel and can confirm that that all the controls work perfectly on the Android unit I fitted... just need to 'teach' it with the 'learning' screen ..takes about 30 secs ..easy.

Does the "I"-info button work too with the car ?
