Hi. Had to jump start my 2010 (59) 2.0 Accenta on Sunday. Did it from a battery rather than another car.
Seemed to be in limp mode all the way home with reduced power. Got home then had to move it to a different parking space and the engine management light is on and has stayed since. No longer in limp as have full power. Green ‘light’ showing on battery so all appears good.
Anybody any ideas as Nissan want £140 just for diagnostic check which they can’t do till end of the week.

Not sure why your EML is on but you might be cheaper and quicker grabbing yourself a code reader and doing it yourself.
Clearly not as good as a manufacturer diagnostic but I've used mine loads for different cars over the years and never had to revert to a dealer yet.
Had a similar issue to yours on one of my Honda's, plugged the code reader in, checked the fault which wasn't faulty, turned off the EML and all was good.
