Since buying my T31 the air bag light has been flashing .I can do a manual reset and turn it off but comes back on after a few hours .I guess I need to fit a new clock spring squib after reading a few discussions on themN.I have noticed there are 2 available but not sure the one to get .My Xtrail is a 2008 T31 Adventurer ,manual , with cruise control ,steering wheel controls .No Sat nav though .Also after this is fitted I have seen that it may need connecting up for a reset.

Thanks for any help Dave

Do you have access to a decent code reader to make sure it is the clock spring? You would need to connect up to clear any codes but these might not bring the dash light on if fault is fixed. Not sure on different part numbers. Put your VIN in at Partsouq and it should give you the correct number for your ride.

If you read the description on this item, this is the one of three thats fits cruise control models.

Funny as have that one saved in my watch list on ebay  .I only have a cheapish code reader .Pretty sure its the clock spring as everything points to it .Will look into it a bit more ...................... cheers

They are very flimsy. After changing clockspring on our Megane, light stayed off.
