I am currently upgrading the single electrics with a 12S kit and am wondering if anyone has experience of the second supply on a Tec3M switching relay. I am thinking that the second supply should be from an ignition switched live, whereas the first is permanent live.

If so where is the best place to take a feed from? On my Saab I found a fuse box in the boot, but that’s not the case with a T30.

Thanks in advance. :gathering:

Is the cigar lighter in the load space right hand side not switched by the ignition?

I found an easy route down the left side for the feeds, there is also a blanking grommet below the pollen filter which gives easy access to the battery.

No drilling or major work and you will probably do the whole wiring job in well under 1 hour
