Help burning MP3's for my T31

I have 2008 t31 Xtrail Aventura, the manual says I can burn MP3's - I've tried the 'traditional way using NERO but not getting anywhere fast - can any of you kind folks help a newbie out?

Just make sure you burn the disk as a data disk and that you close the session. Unclosed disks won't work.

hi - tried that and get an error reading the CD - any other thoughts?

Called Nissan too - they say it should work - and suggested talking to the dealer, wainting on a call back!

57/08 aventura's with CY11c head units - cannot play MP3's -

It usually matters if you rip music to low quality MP3.

ie: Rip to 320kps, not 92kps as a lot of head units can't play them.

This was the case with my Merc.

Hi this is my first post.
I have burned 3cd's.
1st. Plays all tracks (45).
2nd. Plays only and displays 30 of the 55 tracks.
3rd. Plays and displays only 1 of 45 on the disk.
All burned the same way by windows, ???

What blanks did you use and at what burning speed?

I *only* use genuine Taiyo Yuden blanks (now owned by JVC).

Don't burn at too high a speed - preferably x8 or x16 and certainly less than x20.

Make sure they are 320kps MP3s.

Though, personally, I hate MP3 with a passion and only burn to 16/44.1 CD standard.


If all your 3 MP3CDs use the same brand of blank (from the same batch) and were all burned exactly the same in the same way - then I am mystified.
