Hi,

Can any of you Guys help by advising how to get the GPS maps to load /work again after a factory reset on an aftermarket GPS Stereo DVD unit? Link to the type I have is below. I have an SD card which appears to have all the map files etc on it, but can't work out, even with the handbook, how to reinstate it.

http://witson.en.made-in-china.com/prod ... r-DVD.html

Thanks,

Shep

Hi Shep,

I think you'd have more luck by watching the videos listed on the page link you provided, as the unit is Aftermarket and not a Nissan OEM unit.

Looked at vids. Not much help. Went back to some "intuitive fiddling". It appears that with SD programme card in GPS slot, go > menu > navi > select nav path - OK > select iGO8.exe > turn unit off and on. Nav boots up ok.
