I have a late 2013 model x-trail with the 1st Gen Nissan Connect system.

I have had my iPhone 6 connected to this for over a year now, but this week it has stopped working. I have also tried to connect a Samsung Galaxy to it, but no joy.

When you go to bluetooth setup the only available option is the one to switch the bluetooth on and off all the rest are greyed out. When I run a search on the phones it can't locate the Nissan Connect.

I have also tried doing a factory reset on the unit and still the same is found.

Has anyone else had these issues and if so did they manage to fix or get round it?
