Hi

Can anyone tell me what connectivity exists in the tekna?

It is the one with the Bose and sat nav etc.

I know it has USB in glovebox and Bluetooth but does it have an aux jack?

Also, does the Bluetooth work with iPhone 5?

I have just collected my new 2012 X-Trail Tekna, and this has a USB in the arm-rest compartment, bluetooth, CD and something else that I cant quite figure out. If I press the "Aux" button it goes CD/iPod/NO AUDIO FILE/back to CD. I'll have to read up on how it all works. The bluetooth should work with the iPhone 5, as bluetooth is a standard accross all devices. If it has bluetooth it was to work to set specs.

Hi

I fell into this trap too. The contacts don't "sync" with the car. If you want to add a contact you can import it from your contacts list, but only one entry at a time.

There should be a way to download them all to the car's memory (My Fiesta used to do this) but I can't find the option. In the end I just added my home number, my mum, sister and best mate. Oh and a voice tag for 999 too, as I seem to call them with alarming regularity.

Interesting to read this thread. I've recently bought a Tecna with the 'connect' system and have been scratching my head trying to synch my phone contacts with the car - without success. How do you go about adding contacts one at a time? My Samsung Ace phone is paired OK with the car but no contacts download. If I try to send a single contact via blue tooth from my phone it searches for devices but doesn't find the car and therefore won' send the contact details (even though it is still paired OK).
Is there a way to add contacts manually - I've scoured the manual but can find no mention of being able to do this.
