i know mines is not the only xtrail with awful looking flaking wheels i was wondering if anyone has much experience with refurbishing, either standard paint or powder coating which i have been looking into which is only £140 to sand blast and powdercoat.

any ideas to get the best looking chip resistant alloys???

I have had many wheels powder coated and must say they have lasted better than the original painted ones from new cars.

Well worth the money as they are stripped, any damage repaied and then pre-coated prior to the finished colour being applied.

Picked up a leaflet from this company at a car show last weekend, they come out to your home or place of work and do the job. Got no reports but thought I'd pass it on anyhow. http://www.atealloys.co.uk
