Limp mode

Hello everyone. For the past year or so I've been having problems with intermitent "semi" limp and "full" limp mode (as I call it). So the car (2.0 dci 127kw) would go to limp mode which a quick engine off/on would fix. Sometimes, it would go for months without any sort of limp mode. But now, the engine off/on doesn't help anymore, and the car when first started is in "semi" limp mode, which manifests in low power, but able to go to rpm over 3k. After a few mins of driving it ends up in "full" limp mode, and at that point it can barely reach 100 km/h on flat road. Error codes are P2263 (Turbocharger) and P1575 (cruise control). The "full" limp is easily identifiable with cruise control on, because the "SET" starts blinking.

What I did a few months ago, driven by some discussions on this forum, is that I replaced solenoid valve because I heard a buzzing noise coming from it. From then on, the car seemed to have behaving better, but that didn't last long. Unfortunately, I threw away the original one (not sure if it's really original since I'm not the first owner), so I can't put it back and compare. What I also read (little too late) on this forum is that this solenoid should really be original part, but I got one from NTY, which isn't exactly known for high quality parts.

I managed to gather some diagnostic data with thinkdiag:

Now this is where on a highway, 6th gear, a transition between what I call a semi limp mode and full limp mode occurs (observed by monitoring the "SET" cruise control light):

So the turbo pressure is never over 1 bar, which indicates at least one sort of failure, but there is also this MAF reading which indicates that air flow is massively cut down - that's when the car really loses all power.

Some of the other symptoms I noticed on the car were:
1. It started to lose oil faster than before, at least 0.5 liters per 5000km
2. There is oil on the PCV valve
3. Ther is oil on the air filter
4. MAF was kind of oily - I gave it a few cleans throughout the past year, didn't seem to help.

So what I am thinking are the next steps:
1. Perform a ECU reset, but with disconnecting the fuse and battery (I tried the ECU reset procedure with the gas pedal - never got it to work and I tried at least 100 times)
2. Buy a new solenoid valve - Pierburg for 59$
3. Replace the PCV valve

I'm looking for any recommendations and perhaps if someone had the same problem.

Hi @kennygwood, thanks for the reply. Do you happen to know the correct part number for 2008 2.0 dCI 127kw (170 hp)? I can't check it now beacuse I threw away the original part, also not sure if 127kw makes a difference. Searching the web got me in a dilemma:

1. Pierburg with rubber cover

NISSAN:
14956-00QAL; 14956-00Q0H; 14956-00Q0C;
RENAULT:
82 00 201 099; 82 00 625 684; 82 00 661 049;
DACIA:
82 00 625 684; 82 00 661 049; 82 00 201 099;

2. Pierburg without rubber cover (part id found on forum)
RENAULT:
82 00 575 400;

I'm fairly certain my original one didn't have the rubber cover. The NTY one I bought has it, so given how that one turned out I want to double check everything now. Price difference is insignificant.
